WOSINA Global Resources Limited is an indigenous downstream oil and gas company incorporated in July 2006 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The company is dedicated to the sourcing, distribution, and marketing of petroleum products such as AGO, LPFO, PMS, and DPK. All products are sourced exclusively from NNPC and other government-approved outlets to ensure quality and compliance. Over the years, WOSINA has earned a strong reputation as a trusted and reliable partner, recognised for delivering efficient, innovative, and value-driven services across diverse sectors.

Our expertise extends beyond petroleum distribution to cover procurement, engineering, logistics, security services, fabrication, construction works, and other specialised services. We have broadened our operational scope and strengthened our regional presence with offices in Lagos, Edo and Enugu. This network enables us to deliver seamless services to an expanding client base while maintaining efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In line with our vision for growth and diversification, WOSINA is strategically unbundling into subsidiaries focused on services such as Telecommunications, Logistics, Engineering, Facility Management, Import and Export operations, and other legally permissible areas of business. We are also expanding into non-energy ventures, including a state-of-the-art footwear manufacturing enterprise and the development of a world-class hotel that will set new benchmarks in Nigeria’s hospitality industry.
