The launch of the plaza drew notable personalities, residents, and well-wishers, turning the opening ceremony into a high-profile social event.

Strategically located in the heart of Festac, Daphina Place has quickly become a landmark attraction, drawing visitors from far and near. In a gesture of love and partnership, Prince Osobase dedicated the plaza to his wife, preferring to remain in the background while she manages the operations. For many in attendance, the project was seen not only as a business venture but also as a remarkable tribute to his wife.
